Every item sold by Elegance by Eva follows a rigorous guideline that carefully inspects each item through the internal authenticity protocol, as well as the wear condition of the item before it is sold.

The item has never been used. It has no signs of wear and may be new with tags (NWT).

Excellent 

The item is in impeccable condition with barely noticeable signs of use.

Very Good 

The item has been used and very well taken care of. There are limited signs of wear that will be described in detail and photographed.

Good

The item has been used with minor signs of wear. There may be slight patina or other imperfections.
