Elegance by Eva offers free standard ground shipping (3-5 business days) within the United States. Currently, we do not ship internationally. All placed orders will receive a tracking number via email. For expedited orders, please email us directly.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Simply, email us with your information and we’ll provide the return address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser – we recommend you insure the item for its full resale value and make sure you get tracking.
Refunds will only be issued for items received in the same condition. All original tags and markings must be attached to the items. Once we receive the item, and it passes our internal inspection, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund within two business days. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. No additional fees will be charged for your return. Be aware that some credit card refunds can take between 2 to 5 business days for your bank to receive your refund.
